Sour slurry, also called sour water, yellow siurry water with scientific name fermented soybean processing waste water, refers to the fermented liquid formed after the supernatant solution separated out during the curding of tofu and yellow slurry water produced during the squeezing of tofu coagulant for producing tofu.
